Patient is a known case of laryngeal SCCA s/p bilateral laryngectomy with neck dissection last July 2022.Patient offered chemotherapy but has lost to
follow up. 1 week pta, patient noted progression of neck mass with noted ulcerated wound on the mass with noted foul smelling discharge prompted
consult and subsequent admission.
