Sample Parameters for Monthly WOW

1. Sample Approved: Highest number of samples approved by customers.

2. Sample Rejected: Number of samples rejected by BD/Customers should be less than 3.
3. Sample Delivery: Number of samples delivered on time. delays should be less than 7.
4. Sample Criteria: Based on criteria needed to build the sample it should not be miss match with
criteria. The number will be less than 1.
5. Number of Samples: Highest no. of samples built by individual.

Project Coordinator Parameters for Monthly WOW

1. Project Delivery: No. of projects delivered on time. Delays should be less than 5.
2. Grievance: No. of grievance should be less than 3.
3. T2 to T1: For T2 PCs need to convert at least 10 T1 Projects.
4. T1 PC: Need to focus on quality and no. of re-work should come less than 2 project.
5. No Projects : Number of projects should be at least 30.
6. Punctuality and Attendance: On time in office will be consider and no. of leaves should be
less than 1.

1. Daily Wheel of Fortune:

o Eligible team members: Those who successfully complete all assigned tasks for
the day.
o Criteria: Completion of all tasks within the designated timeframe.
o Daily Goal: Processing 750 to 1000 records
