TOPIC 1: TALK ABOUT A HOTEL YOU HAVE STAYED IN

Hello teacher, my name is Nghia. Today I want to talk about a hotel I stayed at. The
last time I stayed at a hotel was about 3 years ago, when I went to Rach Gia with my
running club to compete. Hoang Nam Hotel is on Nguyen Trung Truc Street and I find
the location quite good because it is close to the urban area and city center. I went
there with my club of 7 and stayed in a single room which cost about 500,000 VND
for 2 days 1 night. The room is relatively small but fully equipped with amenities such
as a few bottles of mineral water in the minibar and some snack packages. The hotel
also provides each room with a TV, wardrobe, refrigerator, air conditioner and ceiling
fan. In addition, the hotel also has a number of services such as laundry and
housekeeping services. I tried both services and was very pleased with them. After a 2
day 1 night trip, I was very satisfied with the hotel's service. What I like most is that
the room is very comfortable and the service is very good. However, the room is a bit
small and there is no elevator, which is a limitation of the hotel. In summary, I really
enjoyed the hotel stay I experienced and would definitely recommend it to friends.

TOPIC 2: TALK ABOUT GOOD AND BAD DRIVING HABITS

Hello teacher, my name is Nghia. First, I want to share a little about myself. I am able
to drive a motorbike and have been driving for more than 5 years. My house has a
total of 3 motorbikes. Even though I have known how to ride a motorbike for more
than 5 years, I only consider myself proficient in using and controlling it. I don't dare
call myself a good driver. Next, I want to discuss good and bad driving habits. Good
habits include paying attention to the road and traffic lights while driving, obeying
speed limits, maintaining a safe distance from other vehicles, and passing larger
vehicles safely. On the other hand, bad habits include being distracted by others while
driving and honking excessively, which can annoy pedestrians. In my opinion, the
most dangerous behavior when driving is speeding, because it can lead to accidents in
situations where we cannot stop in time. I try to be a responsible driver. Finally, I want
to share an incident from quite a while ago. About 2 years ago, I had a minor collision
with someone while crossing the street and luckily the injury was only minor so I was
able to handle it. This experience taught me a valuable lesson about the importance of
caution and attention while on the road. In conclusion, I believe that everyone should
drive carefully, stay safe, and avoid bad habits to prevent unforeseen accidents.
