Off Premises Utilities’ Services Clause (Business Interruption)

This Extension is subject to the EXCLUSIONS, CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS of the Policy to which this
Extension is attached.

In consideration of the premium paid, it is understood and agreed that if this Policy covers Business
Interruption such coverage shall extend to loss resulting from necessary interruption of business caused
by Direct Physical Loss or Damage, as covered by the Policy to which this Extension is attached, to gas,
electric, water, and telephone facilities supplying the Insured’s premises. Loss arising from
transmission distribution or feeder lines, however, will be limited to such lines located within one
statute mile of the Insured’s premises.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
