WARRANT OF ARREST

To: Any officer of the law

You are hereby commanded to arrest Jerome Bayog, who is said to be found
at VSU Tolosa Dormitory 3rd Floor Room 101, who have been charged before this
court for violation of the R.A. 10175 (Child Pornography) and bring him forthwith
before this court to be dealt with according to law.

The bail recommended for the above entitled case/s is Two Hundred
Thousand (200,000). Which maybe furnish either by depositing the amount with the
nearest collector of internal revenue, or provincial, city or municipal treasurer who
should transmit the same to this court or by furnishing a personal bail subscribed by
two or more solvent sureties whose solvency maybe shown by their land tax receipts
and certificate of title free from encumbrances and determine by any judge of
regional trial court, circuit judge, city or municipal judge who may accept the bail and
transmit the same to this court.
