Crime Scene Scenario

Our office has received a report of an alleged act of cybercrime defined and
penalized under the R.A. 10175 in VSU Tolosa Dormitory, specifically room 101. A
Ms. Chavez came to the station and reported that her ten year old daughter said
she was asked by a man to come in the room. He forced her to take her clothes
off and do “bad things”. She said she was standing in front of a computer when
she did the “bad things”. The man was talking on a cell phone and said something
about money. After conducting surveillance, it was discovered and verified that
there is online child exploitation that is taking place within the said location.
In the above-describe room, a certain Jerome Bayog (person is present in the
room) which is under investigation for his possible involvement in child
pornography. Allegedly, for payment, Mr. Jerome Bayog receives in through
payment centers.
Also, the presence of several objects that might have been utilized for sexual
exploitation of the occupants of the room.
