First I would like to us this time to say my thanks to all my teacher, friends, and
coworkers for giving me a very enjoyable and fruitful time during my 6 weeks long
internship. It was very eye opening to experience what an actual adult life is like for the
very first time, I like to personally say thank you to all of my upperclassman and
coworkers for helping me throughout the entire internship and for making everyday fun
and enjoyable, and special thanks to my supervisor Mr.Tran Van Hon and Mr.Do Minh
Tien for providing me insight and helping me learn and grow more as a person.

Secondly, I want to take this opportunity to say thank to Mr.Tran Van Hon —my director

INTRODUCTION

Marketing plays a fundamental role in the success of any organization, regardless of its
size or industry. In today's highly competitive and ever-changing marketplace, marketing
has become more critical than ever before. The aim of this paper is to discuss the
importance of marketing from various perspectives.

First and foremost, marketing is crucial for businesses to create brand awareness. Every
business needs to maintain a positive image and remain in the consciousness of
customers to increase the chances of sales. Through marketing, an organization can create
a brand image and communicate the unique value proposition that differentiates it from
competitors. The ultimate goal of brand awareness is for consumers to recognize the
brand and trust it enough to make a purchase.

Secondly, marketing plays a critical role in attracting and engaging the target audience. A
well-defined target audience is the foundation of any successful marketing campaign. The
more specific the target audience, the easier it is to create effective marketing messages
that resonate with them. Once the target audience has been identified, marketing
campaigns can be designed to engage them through various channels, ranging from social
media to email marketing.

Furthermore, marketing is essential for customer retention. Getting new customers can be
a challenge, but retaining them is even more significant. Through targeted marketing
campaigns, organizations can communicate with existing customers, keep them informed
about new products and services, and incentivize loyalty with rewards programs and
exclusive promotions. This enables businesses to build lasting relationships with
customers and keep them coming back for more.

Another significant aspect of marketing is that it helps measure the success of business
activities. Marketing metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, and customer
lifetime value are used to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This data is
critical for decision-making and determining the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
and the overall business strategy.

In conclusion, marketing is essential for businesses to achieve success in today's highly


competitive marketplace. It drives brand awareness, attracts and engages target
audiences, retains customers, and measures the effectiveness of business activities.
Failing to implement effective marketing strategies can leave a business vulnerable to its
competitors and ultimately lead to missed opportunities for growth and expansion.
Therefore, it is imperative for organizations to invest in marketing to ensure their long-
term sustainability and success.

TRI LUC TECHNOLOGY SERVICE TRADING
COMPANY LIMITED
1.1. Development history:
The company I worked at is located at 337-339 Pham Van Bach, Ward 15, District
Tan Binh, Tp.HCM, and was established in 2018 by Mr.Tran Van Hon. The
company specialized on website design and is currently developing advertising
website for the companies that should get a website to reach a bigger crowd of
customer.
1.2. Organizational structure:
The company has 2 primary department: Sales and IT, both department work in
tandem , the Sales department mainly finds customers who might need a website
to help grow their busniess and help said customers find their needs and wants on
a website, and then reports the requirements of the customers to the IT who will
swiftly create a website according to the demands of the customers.

Functions and methods of operation of the departments:


Sales Department : I work in the Sales department where it involve me finding
customers be it a small 1,2 person business or large corporation, and advertise my
company services to the company to find out when they are going to make a
website, and help them along the path of creating the website, with my main role
is to find them, and helping the business expand by providing them with
information about what benefits a website will bring to them.
IT Department: The IT department will take on the requests of the customers that
the Sales department found, following the instruction and wants of the customers
will design the website and provide all others services that you would need to
operate a website.

1.3. Mission function:
The current objective of the company is design and create a fitting website to
advertise and improve sales, while providing insight on how a website works and
why it is required in a large business.

2.2. Difficulties and advantages in the internship process


During this internship, I had to apply most of the knowledge that I have learned.
Not only that, but also have to learn more in books. I have to learn how to contact
and consult with customers. I had to learn a lot of knowledge about websites as
well as the businesses of companies and stores to give the best directions on online
marketing for them.
But even though I know it's so difficult, I'm not discouraged and don't miss any
opportunity to learn more from my seniors at work. Thanks to my own efforts and
thanks to the dedicated guidance of my colleagues, luck finally came to me. I
started to become more familiar with the job and had less difficulty in handling
work situations

CHAPTER 3
RESULTS OBTAINED

3.1. Knowledge and language skills

During the past 4 weeks of probation, I have learned quite a bit of website knowledge and
practical work wexperience. Here I can learn about the code of conduct for training soft
skills that is not more practical than anywhere else, even I have people there to share a lot
of business knowledge. Since then, I have not only im proved my weaknesses but also
broadened my social relationships and gained more confidence in communication, these
are very valuable experiences. In addition to that knowledge, I can also improve my
foreign language skills through translation, which helps me practice reading and writing
skills. I learned how to write administrative documents in English, how to convince
customers about products and services in English, and a lot of office computer tricks.

3.2. Soft Skills

Not only specialized knowledge of webside and foreign language skills, but I also trained
in soft skills, it is an extremely bright skill in life. In fact, most successful people only
possess about 25% of professional skills, the remaining 75% are life skills. Soft skills
need to undergo training to achieve good results, so now many training institutions
combine soft skills training classes for students to help young people gradually improve
themselves.
The ability to share the handle situations well helps you create many practical values in
life, which is a leading supplementary factor for hard skills. According to a recent study,
more than 90% of the list of the world’s richest people possess certain soft skills. Fromt
there, they create breakthroughs in work and life.

CONCLUSION
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity for my intership at Tri Luc company.

Nothing is easy for anyone, especially when you just graduated. When I first came to the
company, I was still skeptical of my abilities. After all, I am more confident, in the early
days, I was not used to the schedule, I go to work in the morning and write a report to
submit to the school in the night. I was not used to that, so I feel ill the next day, but I
don’t allow my self to be weak. I went back to work after that. Every week I inform Ms.
Nguyen Thi Thanh Tu about my situation, she always comforts and encourages me, this
is a great motivator for my intership to be a great succes and withou any problems. In
addition to the skills and professional experience, the most valuable things that I have
learned are my work style and work ethic. In the mids of a busy life, everyone thinks
about personal righs. What we should do is live right and live well.
