A. Differences/Doubt
is there’s the effectiveness of low impact aerobics for effort control
hallucinations?

B. Description
When I in the morning, I do assessment and treatment of Mrs.S 25
years old with diagnosis medical Paranoid schizophrenia. Patient come with
complaint restless , difficult sleeping , hallucinating and talking Alone. The
patient said that she hear the whispers that made it angry and wanting
rampage. Circumstances general patient moderate, blood pressure 120/80
mmHg, pulse 80 x/minute , RR 20 x/minute and temperature 36.5°C. doctor
recommend For give medicine therapy, HLP 3x5 mg, Lorazopam 2x1 mg,
Selodia 3x2 tablets. One of symptom from paranoid schizophrenia is
hallucinations. We thought, can doing low impact aerobics exercise control
hallucinations?.

C. Dissection
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that occurs over a long period of
time. This disorder causes sufferers to experience hallucinations, delusions
and delusions, as well as confused thoughts and changes in attitudes and
behavior (Dery Ilham, Tri Susilawati, 2023). Hallucinations are sensory
perception disorders such as feeling false sensations from the five senses.
Individuals perceive stimuli that do not actually exist. Clients with hallucinations
usually experience a loss of self-control, where clients cannot control their
hallucinations and follow the commands of the hallucinations they feel so that
they can injure themselves, others and the environment (Suhariyanto, 2023).

The impact that arises from patients with hallucinatory disorders

experiencing panic, behavior controlled by their hallucinations, can commit
suicide or kill people, and other violent behavior that can endanger themselves
and those around them. The impact caused The result of hallucinations is
social loss of oneself, which in this situation can kill oneself, kill other people,
 and even damage the environment. To minimize the impact of hallucinations,
appropriate treatment is needed. With the large number of hallucinations
occurring, it is increasingly clear that the role of nurses is to help patients
control hallucinations (Ririn Puspita et al., 2023).

Patients with hallucinations receive various therapy facilities

pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of the therapies
provided is occupational therapy or work therapy. This therapy focuses more
on natural treatment with an inner approach and not using chemical drugs
(Enisah et al., 2019). One of the general benefits of occupational therapy is to
help individuals with physical and mental disorders or disorders, introducing
individuals to the environment so that they are able to achieve improvement,
repair and maintenance of quality of life. This is because a patient will be
trained to be independent with appropriate exercises (Libriatanti, 2019).

D. Discover
Low impact aerobics is an exercise that moves all muscles, especially
large muscles, with continuous and rhythmic movements. Doing low impact
aerobics regularly can balance neurotransmitters in patients with
hallucinations. Low Impact Aerobic Exercise is useful for controlling the
secretion of various hormones such as adrenaline, dopamine and serotonin.
When exercising, the body will release endorphins which are also natural pain
relievers in the body which can reduce stress and improve mood so that when
you sleep at night the quality of sleep will increase (Dery Ilham, Tri Susilawati,
2023).

E. Decision
The things we do that is teaching low impact aerobics to patients
hallucinations so that can control hallucinations.
