LIVING IN A HURRY

Does time go by too fast or do we live fast?

When you have abundant things to do because you are a student, worker or both, life
could be stressful, and it is complicated to find some free time. But when you encounter
it, what do you do?

Do you lie down in bed, or play games on the computer? Or do you spend time on your
cell phone? These are just fleeting pleasures. I know they are the first ones that all of
us would choose when we arrive home after a hard day, but what if I told you that there
are other recreation pursuits oriented to our well-being?

Learning is the first one. You can learn languages, improve your knowledge of cooking,
writing, technology, painting, decoration, sewing and more! You are taking care of your
mind helping it to relax and at the same time stay active. In addition, you can choose
between a large number of websites, classes, professors, and timetables. There are no
excuses: you can learn what you want, when you want and whoever you want.

The same happens with the second one, physical activities. As learning, they improve
your brain health but, there are more benefits such as managing your weight,
strengthening bones and muscles, and enhancing your ability to do everyday activities.

Living in a hurry will not give us satisfaction, only stress and illness. Stop wasting our
time on anger and things that make our lives bitter. Let's take advantage of every
moment to take care of our minds, our bodies, our health and our loved ones.
