1. Why should the entrepreneurial team begin with the end in mind?

If you start with the end in mind, you'll avoid the mistakes that many other entrepreneurs
have made in the past, such as confusing activity with productivity. Begin each day,
work, or project with a clear vision of your intended direction and objective, and then
keep moving forward by exercising your proactive muscles to make things happen. It
defines your identity, clarifies your objectives, and brings your ideas to life.

2. What are the risks/drawbacks that an entrepreneur might encounter in turning

obstacles into assets?

For entrepreneurs, It is part of their lives to their business and as self to take risks.
Especially when he/she is a beginner or a newbie in the industry because there are
circumstances that introducing your business to customers/clients/people is not widely
known by their wants or taste. So, instead of giving up, entrepreneurs accept the
feedbacks, and they still stand and pursue by doing actions to it and improving their
works. It’s like the challenge /obstacles that they encounter, they serve it as a goal by
being more determined to have a successful business and for the best result. So, one of
the risks/drawbacks that an entrepreneur might encounter is what they call the life cycle
of business venture where they the entrepreneurs has competitors in business which may
take them down and ignore by people so by that they should think about what and where
they should stand out more than others they should have a good performance on their
business. There is also The failure of new small firms, due to managerial inefficiency, a
lack of experience, a shortage of financial control, a lack of strategic management, an
inaccurate or inappropriate location, a lack of inventory control, and the failure to
generate entrepreneurial transitions or changes. Another is Making wrong decisions, by
not thinking about the future or how will it affect the future, and sometimes decisions can
become ambiguous because they are situated between uncertainty and risk, both of which
have an indefinite probability of occurring. One more is having poor quality of analysis
for business plan, this really affects the whole process of having a business because
having a mission and vision or objectives and goals in a business is very important it is a
statement of a business that will lead to success. Lastly, legal consideration because as we
can see for some businesses there are things that are patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
They tend to copy the brands just to have sales and to sell to markets or people without
knowing that it is still very illegal especially for the parts of the original brands.
3. What is the main concept of entrepreneurial mind?

An entrepreneurial mindset is a collection of abilities that allow people to see and seize
opportunities, overcome and learn from setbacks, and prosper in a range of situations. It
aids in the development of confidence and indicate a willingness to take on new
challenges and not to be afraid to take chances. They think about what’s best for their
business and for their customer or people and how will it stand out and stay until the
future. Also, thinking about proving the needs of the people. They always think about the
mission and vision of their business and update their business plan.

4. Explain what it means to have an entrepreneurial mindset.

The entrepreneurial mindset is what an entrepreneur person was settled in what he thinks
and plans for his business. He/she take risks, no matter how difficult it may be but as long
as he/she can have a solution to it. Accept failure, especially when it's just a beginning
because no one starts being successful immediately and nothing is easy at first. Also not
give up on what you want or dream of or goal until he/she make it to be a successful
person. Should not be selfish in terms of just having a successful business by harming
humans, the environment ,nature, and or all living things.

5. When should an entrepreneur explore opportunities?

Entrepreneurship isn't just about making money for yourself; it's also about identifying a
market need. This requirement can frequently assist people and have a good impact on
their life. This type of opportunity can help entrepreneurs with their public relations,
social good, and networking needs all at once. Entrepreneurs with businesses in
incubators are more likely to seize possibilities when they believe they have a better
understanding of client demand for the new product, more completely developed
essential technology, stronger managerial skills, and more stakeholder backing.

6. How can brainstorming improve problem recognition?

When brainstorming is utilized to solve a problem, it brings the diverse experience of

team members into play. It broadens the range of ideas that can be considered, making it
easier to come up with better answers to issues. People can think more freely and without
fear of being judged when they brainstorm. To solve problems and produce fresh
thoughts, brainstorming fosters open and ongoing discussion. Brainstorming allows
teams to quickly develop a huge number of ideas that can then be improved and
combined to achieve the final answer.
7. Define proactivity and what it means to entrepreneurs.

Proactive people have a mindset that encourages them to take deliberate action, allowing
them to mold their own environment, future, and fate. They don't wait for others to make
decisions for them or to decide their fate for them; instead, they chart their own course.
Humans propensity act in the face of external constraints which is referred to as
proactiveness. They are likely to have an impact on and maybe modify the environment
in which they operate as a result of this. Entrepreneurs who are proactive are those who
take action.

8. Why should politics and economics be regarded as factors that are outside of an
individual's control?

Because it determines the relationship between governments and individuals, and how
public policy affects society. So, as we are part of this country or society, as well as the
one who form it and to be able to make us understand what they provide. What we have
and do is connected to each factor because it also influences and produces what we need
for our daily, they are the reason what we have and what business some entrepreneur/s is
up to.

9. Can one sympathize with the other without any empathy?

In my opinion, it depends, because there are people who misunderstood the other by not
knowing what that person is experiencing and problem or have been through. Just like
being more an understanding person in situations and happenings in life. But there are
times that a person is too much it’s the time to unpity a person but rather just speak to
him/her or confront that person still with a good manner or respect.

10. What behaviors contribute to empathetic listening?

Misunderstandings can be avoided or minimized with empathic listening. You are less
likely to misinterpret others if you listen carefully and work hard to comprehend what
they are thinking and feeling. Follow the compassionate listening rules. It's like changing
moods but for a listener, it changes an opinion or thought of a situation or and words by
not understanding the situation well or what that person has been through and just
thinking about yourself or your similarities in terms of difficulties you both experience.
