Chris Bumstead is a Canadian bodybuilder born on February 2, 1995. Cbum is known for
having won Mr. Olympia 5 times in his classic physic category. Cbum started going to the
gym at the age of 14 and managed to increase his weight from 77kg to 102kg. Cbum started
to inspire me when I was between 13 and 14 years old because I wanted to start training, and
I really liked how Cbum looked and thanks to that I started training and improving a lot.
