Greetings!!!

I would like to thank the TELESERVE Asia LEGAZPI branch for almost 7 years of experience and
unforgettable moments during my time. I started as an agent and have been promoted to team leader. It
was the biggest peak of my life, and I’ll always be grateful.

In the year 2021, with the shifting of management, everything has changed, as boom sourcing was
acquired by Tele Serve Asia under the new leadership of Miss. Jandy Abiera, the company, has
drastically unorganized and unjustifiable judgments, and our complaints to the HR managers regarding
the appraisal, dispute, and job stability/position are not being addressed properly.

APPRAISAL. 2019 is the last appraisal as I became a part of the management as the team leader, and
since then many years have passed and there is still no update if we are going to have an increment. They
made another promise for appraisal after I handled a voice account, though I've been handling a sound
board account since 2019–2023, which has a good standing in the long run. All of the agreements that
they promise are verbal.

DISPUTE. I understand that there is no perfect payroll system, but the number of disputes in the
company every year since then is alarming. Not only team leaders are experiencing this, but also the
minimum wage earners, or agents. It is such a hassle on our part to wait another 15 days before the
dispute is paid; at worst, it even takes months.

GOVERNMENT MANDATORY. There is no interruption in the operation even after the pandemic, the
company regular deducting the government mandatory still there is an issue regarding to the posting of
contribution and delay payment and it is very unreasonable for it takes a year.

TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. Changes in practices are very common in the


transitioning of every company, but hiding the real status of the company or campaign, whether it is going
to be paused or shut down for good, gives us team leaders the right to know the real situation so that we
can advise all of our handling agents in a specific campaign. The management is not responsible enough
to handle their employees; they always tend to make agents and team leaders have floating status
without pay, and for us, this is not an acceptable judgment because they hire another agent and team
leader even though there are still idle employees waiting for work.

CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL. Many agents and team leaders are departing since their ongoing
employment is impractical, unreasonable, or doubtful due to changes in rank and compensation.
Alternatively stated, constructive dismissal happens "when there is termination of work because ongoing
employment is rendered stressful unreasonable, or not likely, like when there is a change in rank or loss in
compensation, or when a manifest discrimination, insensibility, or disdain by an employee.
