faithfully as possible what happens in reality, affirming that the analysis of the teaching process
is mainly based on the use of systems or schemes of observation of events or behaviors as its
main research tool.

Start and end time: 10:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m

Session objective: Carry out a survey to the students in groups in


order to recognize students needs,
deficiencies and desires.

Description: Started with a warm up and selected groups


because students didn’t want to choose their
teammates to work. In groups of five they
completed the survey. While they were
working, each doubt about the questionnaire
was clarified. Some groups finished faster
than others, but the answers were not right or
did not match with the purpose of the
question. It was not difficult working with
these students. All of them are motivated with
English and it is noticeable that they enjoy
learning. Everybody wants to participate and
improve their knowledge of this language.

Session objective: Carry out the interview with teacher Álvaro


Díaz. A series of questions will be asked to
find out possible factors that affect the
learning process of the students. Also,
recognize strategies to improve the teaching
and learning process of English.

Description: Successively, the questions were completed


and implemented, there was not any
convenient. Teacher gave all his help and
provided us the information needed
