Ribshack

Ribshack is the spot for you if you want

delectable grilled cuisine. According to the
owner, Ms. Aryan Alagao, Ribshack is a
family-run enterprise that began in 2012 with
a modest fast food stall in the food court of
the 888 Premiere Mall in Bacolod City.

However, they are getting complaints

regarding their menu from other customers.
In order to keep them as a satisfied
customer, the owner therefore considered
how they might analyse on how they can
prevent this situation from occuring again in
the future.

Beginning around four years ago, Ribshack.

The proprietors, Delman and Yani Alagao,
first opened at Terra Plaza in 2012. After
that, they experimented with food kiosks for
a while. Their first location was eventually
established at the 888 China Town Premier
Mall. This Ribshack location can be found in
the mall's food court. Because their ribs and
other grilled foods are so inexpensive and
good, there is constantly a queue. In the
present, Ribshack has grown and launched a
location in SM City Bacolod.
