Operations Management, Trends & Challenges
Among the issues, trends, and challenges discussed in Module 1,
the Current Trend in Business Environment is an issue that
affects operations now and in the medium-term and long-term
future in many ways.
1- Conduct a thorough internet search, or use any other reliable
reference, to show TWO current trends in business which
would have effects on the operations in different applications
(cases) of industrial, and service business organizations
2- Mention and discuss those effects and the reasons upon which
you build your point of view.

Submission:
Write a report that should not be less than 3 pages and not more
than 5 pages (use figures and graphs whenever necessary).

b) Always list down the references you’ve used in your search at
the end of your memo report.
