DEFINITION

BUMPER COLOR is a flexible coating suitable for bodywork, specially for bumpers. BUMPER COLOR
is an all-purpose product for it can be used either to get a good finish in plastics, or as a primer when
they have to be painted. It is presented in aerosol format and it can be applied with spray gun.

When using it as a finish product, it gives a texture and appearance very similar to new bumpers. We
can get different textures by adjusting the nozzle of the spray gun, its pressure and the distance from
where the product is applied. Although BUMPER COLOR is a ready to use product, it can be
necessary to add a nitro thinner to adjust the texture.

BUMPER COLOR has excellent adhesion, and can be used as a primer for the repairing of bumpers
that need to be painted, as well as a basis to increase the adhesion of polyester putties on plastic. In
this case, to get a flat finish the product will have to be diluted with SO72. When using AIRCOLOR
BUMPER more product will have to be applied and on a shorter distance.

AIRCOLOR BUMPER is an economic product for small tasks because of its presentation as an aerosol
that does not require preparation and cleaning of equipment.

REMARKS

When using the aerosol form shake it for 1 minute after hearing the sound of the mixer.
Protect the areas that will not be painted.

EQUIPMENT CLEANING

After use clean the nozzle by turning the aerosol upside down and spray until gas only will
emerge.
Clean with a cleaning thinner in case the product is applied with a spray gun.

STORAGE

Store the product in a ventilated place far from direct exposure to sunlight. Keep between
+5ºC and +30ºC.
