1. PURPOSE & SCOPE

To ensure that Family Packs /Dispensers of Ticky-Packs are Over Wrapped as

required and specified for preserved shelf life and safety of products.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

The responsibility to direct activities is of Manager Production, AM Production,

Executive & Officer, Packing Supervisor and Operator, where other functions have
responsibility, they are so indicated.

3. PROCEDURE

 To set the machine as per product mentioned in (SAP T-Code ZPP_APVSR)

 Proper PPES should be wore (Safety Shoes)
 Check foot stand & without no sharp edges
 Use inching button during paper setting
 Keep good house keeping of machine
 Use 5*5 strategy for machine cleaning
 Place the tools at designated area
 Packaging material rolls should be at stand
 Well trained operator should be deputed
 Use gloves for cleaning of machine with cloth
 Don’t apply air at human body during air cleaning of machine
 Fix the film roll on machine and set the machine according to product by changing
parts I adjustment for cut-length as required standard
 Set machine speed and sealers (heaters) heat at required temperature.
 Continuous monitor the speed of machine and quality of sealing (Lateral End)
 Sorting out any broken, improperly closed dispenser / offset from the conveyor.
 Transfer the over wrapped family pack I dispensers into specific master
cartons.
 To ensure that the master cartons are not short packed.
 Complete maintenance of machine when not in operation.
