ORDER made by the Minister of Finance in exercise of the

powers conferred upon hirn by section 20(6) of the Customs
and Excise Duties Act, Chapter 48 of the Laws of Belize,
Revised Edition 2000-2003, and all other powers thereunro
him enabling.

Short title. I . This Order may be cired as the

CUSTOMS AND EXCISE DUTIES (AMENDMENT OF

FIRST SCHEDULE) (No.) ORDER,2015.

Amendnent 2. The First Schedule to the Customs and Excise Duties Act is
of First
Schedule.
hereby amended by substituting the fbllowing rates of duty for ihe
Cap. 48.
rates of duty appearing therein opposite the following itern:
