How its made: Crepes

Hi, my name is and today we are gonna do crepes. First of all,


we need the ingredients.
These are:
- 200 ml of milk
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons of oil.
- A bit of butter

We start by putting the


200 ml of milk into a
measuring glass, then we
pour the 4 spoons of flour
into the milk, followed by the egg, the teaspoon of salt and the 2
teaspoons of oil. Then, we try to destroy the lumps created
inside the mix, we close the lid of the measuring glass and
shake! Now that the mix is ready, we turn on the stoves and put
the frying pan on top and wait for it to heat up. Once it's ready
we start by putting a little bit of butter, the size of a pea, in the
frying pan and within seconds it’ll melt down, and that’s when
we throw the mix into the frying pan and wait until it turns solid.
Now we turn around the crep to bake the other side, and when
it has a brown-yellow color you take it out and put it in a plate,
ready to eat. Inside it you can put sugar, chocolate, fruit, cream,
whatever you like, and enjoy!
