DAILY CASUAL WORK AGREEMENT LETTER

to as the FIRST PARTY

In this case acting for and on behalf of oneself and hereinafter referred to
as the SECOND PARTY
ARTICLE 1
OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
Section 1
The FIRST PARTY has agreed to accept the SECOND PARTY as a
casual daily worker at the Happy Fully Meals restaurant.
Section 2
The SECOND PARTY states that able to become a freelance daily
worker, and obeys the rules, regulations and work systems that exist at the Happy
Fully Meals restaurant.

ARTICLE 2
VALIDITY PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Section 1
This work agreement is effective for a period of two days on weekends
with a total of eight working hours per day, starting from the date of signing the
work agreement letter on the 24th, and will end on (25, 02, and 2024).
Section 2
After the work period ends and the work is still not finished, both the
worker and the company can review the agreement and make a new agreement in
writing.

ARTICLE 3
SCOPE OF WORK
Section 1
Work to be done by the SECOND PARTY as a freelance daily worker at
the FIRST PARTY is a waiter who helps serve customers and records requested
orders.
Section 2
The SECOND PARTY are not permitted to carry out work other than
that mentioned in paragraph 1 above, except with written approval from the
FIRST PARTY

ARTICLE 4
WAYS OF WORKING
The FIRST PARTY, who is a representative of the restaurant (Happy Fully
Meals), will provide detailed instructions and explanations regarding the
procedures for carrying out the work before the SECOND PARTY begins its
duties.
ARTICLE 5
WORKING HOURS
Section 1
Based on applicable labor regulations, effective working hours are set at
eight working hours in one day.
Section 2
Entrance time is nine in the morning and departure time is six in the
afternoon.
Section 3
The rest time from Saturday to Sunday is set at one hour, namely from
twelve noon to one in the afternoon.

ARTICLE 6
WAGES AND PAYMENTS
Section 1
The FIRST PARTY will provide a wage of [(Rp. 300,000) (Three
Hundred Thousand Rupiah)] for each presence of the SECOND PARTY.
Section 2
Wage payments will be paid on the final day of work, namely on the day
(week) to the SECOND PARTY.

ARTICLE 7
OVERTIME
Section 1
The SECOND PARTY are required to work overtime if there is work
that needs to be completed immediately or is urgent.
Section 2
As compensation for overtime work in accordance with paragraph 1, the
FIRST PARTY will pay the SECOND PARTY the amount of [(Rp. 50,000)
(Fifty Thousand Rupiah)] for each hour of overtime.
Section 3
Payment of overtime wages will be combined with payment of wages to
be received by the FIRST PARTY in accordance with the provisions of Article 6
paragraph 2 of this agreement.
ARTICLE 8
EXPIRATION OF THE AGREEMENT
Section 1
At any time the employment relationship can be terminated if the
SECOND PARTY violates the rules, regulations and work systems that apply to
the FIRST PARTY restaurant.
Section 2
The violations referred to in paragraph 1 above are:
1. Absence from work for eight hours on a working day without
written explanation or a valid reason.
2. Committing acts of fraud, theft, embezzlement, or other
unlawful acts.
3. Abusing authority for personal gain.
4. Causing losses to the FIRST PARTY.
5. Doing things that damage the good image of the FIRST
PARTY.
6. Causing a commotion or disorder that disturbs the work
atmosphere in the work environment.
7. Being involved in a fight or assaulting another worker.
8. Getting involved in a fight with a customer.

ARTICLE 9
EMERGENCY (FORCE MAJEUR)
This work agreement is automatically canceled if unforeseen circumstances or
situations occur, such as natural disasters, uprisings, war, riots, or government
regulations, which make it impossible to carry out this work agreement any
longer.

ARTICLE 10
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Section 1
If a dispute occurs between the two parties, they will try to resolve it
through deliberation to reach an agreement.
Section 2
As regulated in paragraph 1, if an agreement is not reached through this
method, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through legal procedures, by
determining the legal venue at (the District Court Registrar's Office).
ARTICLE 11
CLOSING
Thus, this agreement is prepared, agreed and signed in two copies, each of which
is an original document with adequate stamping and has the same legal force. One
copy is kept by the FIRST PARTY and the other copy is handed over to the
SECOND PARTY.
