Front Office Attendant: Good Morning, Welcome to the BATSTATEU Hotel. What can I do for

Guest: Good morning I am Ms. Jill Dalawampu and I have a reservation for a double room for
three persons.

Front Office Attendant: Alright Ms. Jill Dalawampu, let me pull out your reservation.
After searching to our system, I can’t seem to find a record of your booking. Did you book the
room directly through us, or did you use a hotel reservation service or Travel Agent?

Guest: I book it directly through your website. I have here a reservation details hoping this will
help you for fast searching of my reservation details.

Front Office Attendant: Yes, sure. Can I see that please? Thank you!
Okay, maybe there was a glitch with the booking system. Well just for the clarification you are
Ms. Jill Dalawampu with the registered phone number 09206993689 and email address of
jilldalawampu@gmail, you requested for a double room with extra bed, 1 keycard is also
requested, the arrival date is today and staying with us for five days. And for the payment
method you already paid us partially or paid half of the total price. Are all information correct?

2. Select the DOUBLE ROOM because as for the guest request of check in they are three
persons to check in the hotel.

6. Now you will check all the details you entered and make sure to click SAVE.
