Greetings!

We're elated and thrilled to announce the launch of “Sambodhi @RGNUL”. A flagship
event in which the students of the university will have the chance to listen and interact with
various luminaries from various fields.

Through this email, we seek to invite applications from the students of the university who're
interested in organizing the event.

About “Sambodhi @RGNUL”

“Sambodhi” a word which is deep rooted in Bhartiya culture and traditions, translates into “full
of knowledge” and it perfectly encapsulates the soul of the event.
An original flagship event of RGNUL where the purpose is to provide all of us with a valuable
opportunity to gain insights from accomplished experts of different fields from spirituality to
management gurus and legal luminaries,
“Sambodhi” aims to be a stage where students cannot just listen to the distinguished.
guests but at the same time have a chance to interact with the top brass of numerous fields.

Now, to put the pedal to the metal and bring the plans into perspective. We are looking forward
to put together a dynamic team of passionate seekers across batches.

Applications are invited for the following committees:

Digital & social media - Open to all batches

Liaising - Open to all batches
Stage Decoration - Open to all batches

Selection Procedure

The candidates who wish to be the Team Members are requested to submit
their (i) Curriculum Vitae in .pdf format (not more than 2 pages); along with
(ii) A Statement of Purpose (ranging from 150-200 words). The SOP should contain what are
your motivations to join the team and what unique skillsets you bring to the table.
The candidates who wish to be the Team Members (Digital Team) are requested to submit
their
(i) Curriculum Vitae in .pdf format (not more than 2 pages); along with
(ii) (ii) A Sample. The Sample should showcase your skills and expertise. *Proficiency
in editing videos and making reels/promo videos/posters are required. The
 candidates must be proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Filmora, Premiere Pro, or any
other photo/video editing program.

The subject line should be in accordance with the mentioned format:

The above-mentioned documents shall be sent before 9th November 2023 (i.e., Thursday) in
a fresh email to events@rgnul.ac.in
