 Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide feedback on the Deliveree
app. I appreciate the chance to share my thoughts on areas of confusion and
opportunities for improvement, and I want to emphasize that I'm offering
constructive feedback to help enhance the user experience.
1. User Interface Clarity: While the app is generally user-friendly, some parts
of the interface could be made more intuitive. Specifically, there were
instances where it was not immediately clear how to access certain
features or information. Streamlining the navigation could significantly
improve the user experience.
2. Order Tracking: The order tracking feature is helpful, but it could benefit
from more real-time updates. It would be great to receive notifications
when the driver is en route, and then when they are close to the
destination. This would enhance the transparency of the delivery process.
3. Payment Method: Deliveree offers payment methods by cash and BCA. It
would be better if the Deliveree provides more various types of payments
via various e-wallets or even can generate Qris.

3. How clear were the booking steps and the actions you must take to complete your
booking? Would you change anything?

 The booking steps on the Deliveree app is very clear and straightforward. It’s
very easy for me to fulfill the address and the contact info. Overall, I would rate
the clarity of the booking steps as 10 out of 10.

4. Were menus, objects, text, and graphics easy for you to see and read? Would you
change anything?
 The menus, objects, text, and graphics within the Deliveree app were generally
easy to see and read, but there is room for improvement to enhance the overall
user experience. I would rate the visibility and readability as 9 out of 10. Here
are some observations and potential changes:
1. Text Size and Clarity: The text size and clarity were generally good, making
it easy to read important information. However, there were a few instances
where smaller text might be challenging for some users, especially those
with visual impairments.
2. Customization Options: Offering customization options for text size and
color schemes could make the app more accessible for a broader range of
users.
I hope these suggestions are helpful in making the Deliveree app even more
user-centric.

5. Would you change any wording or grammar in the app?


 While using the Deliveree app, I noticed a few instances where I would
consider changing the wording or grammar to enhance clarity and user-
friendliness. Here are some specific examples:
1. Instructional Messages: There were a few instructional messages that
could be made clearer by providing more explicit and concise language.
For instance, instead of saying "Please pay attention to this instruction," it
could be rephrased as "Please follow these instructions closely."
2. Button Labels: In some cases, button labels could be more descriptive. For
example, using "Continue" instead of "Next" or "Confirm Booking" instead
of just "Confirm."
overall wording and grammar in the Deliveree app are decent, there are
opportunities for improvement to make the language more user-friendly. These
changes can contribute to a more seamless and understandable user
experience.
6. If you used our in-app chat, did it load and work smoothly? Whether yes or no,
please describe.
 Yes, I did use the in-app chat feature, and I found it to be efficient and user-
friendly. The chat loaded quickly and worked smoothly during my interactions.
Here are some specific aspects that I found positive:
1. Fast Loading: The chat feature loaded promptly without any noticeable
delays, which is essential for real-time communication.
2. User-Friendly Interface: The chat interface was intuitive and easy to use. It
allowed for seamless back-and-forth communication with minimal effort.

3. Responsive: The chat responses were quick and responsive, which is


crucial for addressing user queries or issues in a timely manner.
4. Notifications: The app provided timely notifications for incoming messages,

many minutes later did he contact you after our app confirmed the booking?
 Yes, the driver did contact me to confirm the booking after it was assigned by
the Deliveree app. The driver reached out approximately a second after the app
had confirmed the booking. The prompt confirmation and contact from the
driver were appreciated and contributed to a smooth and efficient experience.

3. Did the driver send you a green digital card that contains an image of his vehicle
with dimensions and weight limit of his cargo hold? If yes, when did he send it to
you?
 No, the driver did not send me a green digital card containing an image of his
vehicle with dimensions and weight limit of his cargo hold.

4. How accurate and stable was the live tracking for your vehicle? Did the vehicle on
the map screen spin/float/jump at any point? Share a screen recording of your live
tracking experience.
 The live tracking for my vehicle during the Deliveree booking was very stable,
and I did not experience any issues with the vehicle on the map screen
spinning, floating, or jumping at any point. However, I am sorry I did not take a
screen recording of my live tracking experience, but I want to emphasize that
the tracking feature worked reliably and provided a clear and accurate
representation of the vehicle's location throughout the process.

 I was very satisfied with Deliveree's Customer Service (CS). Here's why:
1. Responsiveness: Deliveree's CS team was highly responsive. They
addressed my inquiries and concerns promptly, which is crucial for a
positive customer experience.
2. Helpfulness: The CS team was not only responsive but also genuinely
helpful. They provided clear and informative responses to my questions,
ensuring that I had the information I needed.
