● What is the work zone

The Work Zone is a group of areas, in which both the pickup and drop
locations for captains will be within these area boundaries. Hyderabad currently
offers 3 work zones, with Captains having the freedom to choose their preferred area
based on their convenience.They are as follows:

1. Narsingi-Upperpally Zone - 100/- Per Hour Earnings

Timings:Monday-Sunday(7AM-11AM)
2.AOC-Secunderabad Zone - 110/- Per Hour Earnings
Timings of the work zone: Monday-Sunday(12PM-5PM

3.Hitech City Work Zone - 120/- Per Hour Earnings

For Hi Tech zone you can earn 120 rs Per Hour.

Timings of the work zone: Monday-Sunday(6AM-10PM)

● How to Activate a Work zone?
Answer - Captains can choose the work zone of their choice in two ways - one by
clicking on the work zone option in their Rapido app and selecting the zone of their choice, and
second one is need to visit the Hyderabad city office for zone activation.

● How to Deactivate a Work zone?

Answer -Please follow the below steps for the deactivation of zone

After pressing the yes option the work zone will be deactivated for the captain.

After sometime the captain was interested to work again at the zone he needed to follow
the same procedure of the activation.
