    Agenda Statement: Our focus is to cultivate a drug-free environment and promote awareness among the youth about the dangers of
    substance abuse. Simultaneously, we aim to foster sports development, encouraging participation, and nurturing talent across various
    disciplines. Additionally, we recognize the significance of prioritizing health and well-being, emphasizing preventive measures and
    access to quality healthcare services. Lastly, we will diligently work towards enhancing calamity preparedness, equipping the youth and
    communities with the necessary knowledge and resources to respond effectively to emergencies and safeguard lives and property.
