1. Heard learned senior advocate Mr.Devang

Nanavati with learned advocate Mr.Harsh Parekh for the
petitioner and learned senior advocate Mr.D.C. Dave with
learned advocate Mr.Nilu Vaidankar for the respondent.

2. At the outset, learned advocates appearing for the

respective parties, have arrived at a consensus qua prayer
clause 14(A) and 14(B). Accordingly, prayer clauses 14(A) and
14(B) are granted.

3. However, it is clarified that so far as prayer clause

14(B) is concerned, it would be applicable to the Schedule of
Properties as mentioned by the respondent – judgment debtor
vide affidavit dated 12th June, 2023. For the sake of
convenience, extract of Schedule of Properties is mentioned
hereinbelow.
