26.08.2021 The opposite party No.1 issued a settlement

letter in the name of a complainant

mentioning that the One Time Settlement

will be carried out by depositing Rs.50000/-

on 26.08.2021 and after clearing the

26.08.2021 The complainant has entirely paid the One

Time Settlement Amount of Rs.50000/- by

online transfer by mode of Google Pay from

his son’s account namely Mangesh Babanrao
Dange. The UPI Transaction Id of the said

transfer is 123818211612. Google

Transaction ID of the said transfer is
CICAgODSILSLWQ.

21.02.2023 the complainant and his son visited to office

of the opposite party No.l at Nagpur and
filed an application requesting the No Dues
Certificate.

13.09.2023 The complainant had issued a legal notice

through his advocate to the opposite party
No.l and thereby calling upon to issue the

No Due Certificate within 7 working days

form the date of the receipt of the said

notice.

06.10.2023 the opposite party No.l in its reply shifted its

burden to the opposite party No.2 by stating
