A 73 yrs old male patient brought by relatives with complain of dyspnea on exertion and rest
1MNTH prior reaching to hospital. He was admitted under Dr. DIGNESH VASAVA ECG SHOWED:
LBBB with wide QRS > 150 . 2D Echo was done WHICH shows SEVERE LV SYSTOLIC
DYSFUNCTION.

ADVICE: PTCA TO RCA

REST. CONTINUE OWN MEDICATION AS PER ADVISED BY DR. HARISH
