I am writing to recommend Amelia for any future opportunities that may arise. Amelia worked as an
intern with the Festivals & Precinct Development team at the National Heritage Board, and I had
the pleasure of supervising her during her time with us.

During her internship, Amelia was involved in managing volunteers for the Singapore HeritageFest
and Singapore Night Festival. She demonstrated excellent leadership skills and was able to
effectively communicate with the volunteers to ensure that they were well-informed and motivated
to carry out their duties.

Additionally, Amelia coordinated administrative matters for the Singapore HeritageFest, ensuring
that all post-festival documentation were in order. Amelia also coordinated the Partner’s
Appreciation Dinner for the Singapore HeritageFest, which was a huge success and greatly
appreciated by all involved.

Finally, Amelia's graphic design skills were put to good use as she designed festival collaterals for
our volunteer call-out and appreciation dinner that were visually appealing and effectively
communicated the festival's message. Her attention to detail and creativity were evident in the final
products. Overall, Amelia was a valuable member of our team and I highly recommend her for any
future opportunities. She is a hardworking and dedicated individual who can take on challenges
and deliver results.
