Nurses play a vital role in the health care systems of government. They are

are confined in the hospital.

This study was conducted to determine the level of clinical performance of the 32

full time and 5 contractual nursing staff of the Provincial Hospital of Cagayan at Toran

Aparri. The Individual Performance Commitment Review(IPCR) tool was used to obtain

data and information as to their level of performance along a.) Core functions and b.)

interpreted and analyzed in connection with their performance level.
