    Invitation to court on evaluation of property claims and taxes
    We are inviting you to court on the 13th of November 2023 because we received a
    notification from HRMC that you recently booked a flight to travel out of the country. Please
    note that you won’t be able to travel out of the UK until you honor this invite by the court on
    the date mentioned above.

    The tax documents we received from the HRMC showed you owed a significant amount of
    tax on the properties you are residing in. Your presence is needed at the court to evaluate
    these properties and the amount of taxes on them.

    This letter is being sent to you in accordance with the Practice Direction on Pre-Action
    Conduct (The PDPAC) contained in the civil procedure rules
