provides me with significant skills and capabilities to support to successfully accomplish the goals of your company.

In the following resume, you will find details of my skills and capabilities in several of the manufacturing areas where I
have gained experience during my professional life.

Since late 2008 up to date I have worked as Axles Factory Program Leader at John Deere in Torreon, Mexico. In this
position I lead / coordinate the implementation of every EPDP program in the factory through compliance of the
APQP/Enterprise Product Delivery Process. Examples of this have been the implementation of ADT E-Series axle which is
mounted into ADT (Articulated Dump Trucks) vehicles and final drive mounted into 944 Loader vehicles both assembled
at JD Davenport Works. I also lead the implementation of every CI/VI change for the products already in production. All
this is achieved through the coordination I have with all involved areas inside and outside the factory.

From mid 2005 to late 2008 I worked as Axles Quality Engineer at John Deere in Torreon, Mexico where I led the APQP
for axle EPDP programs and running changes, during this time I actively participated in all Design Reviews and led all
DPARs for all production parts implemented for every axle program such as 1200 & 1400 TMIV series axles, 848 Skidder
axle, 1600 series Loader axles, as well as CI/VI for current TMII series axles. I supported the supplier quality performance
goal through the very close follow up and work with supplier base and supporting them through the JD Supplier Quality
Audits to get to partner level. From other side, I was the main quality contact for all of our customers where I had
opportunity to support them to get required quality products on time and also get us to their required quality levels
(partner level).

From late 2002 to mid 2005 I worked as Engine Audit & Assembly Quality Engineer at John Deere in Torreon, Mexico
where I supported to meet and maintain required factory quality goals through leading the product and process audits
at the 350 & 250 series engine assembly lines located at the factory and through the inspection of the 100% of the
engines at the inspection points during assembly process at the mid part and at the last part of the process, findings
from those audits were reviewed with all involved departments and corrective actions requested to the proper
departments and follow up until they were successfully implemented.

From early 1998 to late 2002 I worked as Master Scheduler at John Deere in Torreon, Mexico where I was in charge of
developing and managing production and shipping plans for 350 & 250 series engine assembly lines and 5 machining
lines based on customers demand. I implemented the Sales and Operations Planning and Order Fulfillment Processes at
the factory. And also was a key player in defining and meet with on time delivery and linearity metrics, first one to make
sure our customers get their products on time and on the second one to efficiently manage engine assembly and
machining lines.

I made a couple of postgraduates in Japan, each of them with a length of 8 months, first one on Industrial Engineering &
Quality Control (KITA Kitakyushu, 1997) and the second one on Multimedia Technology Application (Kanazawa Institute
of Technology, 1995). And I graduated as Computer Systems Engineer (Instituto Tecnologico de La Laguna, 1994)
