• Ticket: This ticket is non-transferable and valid on Kam Air and interline partner flights only.

• Ticket Validity: This ticket is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

• Changes to Ticket:Subject to booking conditions and fare rules. Please read the terms and conditions of booking before buying your

• Ticket Notes:

Partial refund is not permitted for Visit Visa / Tourist Visa & Medical Visa holders

Out of sequence travel is not permitted;

Out of sequence refund is not permitted.

• Check-in Baggage & Hand Baggage Allowance:

DOMESTIC OPERATION - 20KG CHECKED BAG + 7KG HAND BAG

INTERNATIONAL OPERATION - 30KG CHECKED BAG + 7KG HAND BAG

ATR AIRCRAFT OPERATION - 15KG CHECKED BAG + 5KG HAND BAG

* Each individual checked bag must not weigh more than 32kg.

* The total dimension (length + width + height) of an individual checked bag should not exceed 300 cm (118 in)

* Hand bag dimensions should not exceed 55x38x20 cm

• Excess Baggage Rules:

• Check-in: Passengers are requested to be at Kam Air’s airport Check-in counter minimum 3 Hours prior to scheduled departure time. Kam
Air will not be responsible for late reporting of passengers.

INTERNATIONAL 1 HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE

• Travel Documentation: Passengers must ensure that his/her passport, health requirements, visa and other necessary documents are
valid and meet the requirements of immigration for departure airport and at destination airport. Failure to pass the check-in counter or not
report for boarding due to non-compliance of immigration requirement will cause the offloading of passenger and baggage from the flight
without any claim or responsibility against Kam Air and ticket conditions will apply. You should carry a copy of this booking confirmation while
you travel as it may be required for immigration purposes.

• Online Tickets: In order to board the flight, passengers who purchased the ticket from www.kamair.com or other booking websites with
their Credit or Debit cards, are requested to present the card used for the purchase of ticket at the Airport during check-in. If it is not possible
to present the card used in person, a photocopy of the front of the card along with a hand-written authorization signed by the cardholder may
be carried by the passenger and presented to a Kam Air representative at the airport.

It is mandatory that female travellers ensure to wear Islamic Hijab before entering Afghanistan.

Above mentioned rules will be applied on all Kam Air itineraries including group bookings and corporate tickets.
