INCLUSIONS: We offer the following services to make our guest’s experience welcoming and comforting.
a. We offer free WIFI facility for our guests. Also, we have the latest technical equipment such as projectors,
audiovisuals, microphones, speakers and LCDs.
b. We also provide basic stationary for the conference, such as notebooks, pens and notepads.
c. All rooms are equipped with hot and cold shower, air-conditioning, towels and basic toiletries.
d. Free use of our Hotel Amenities such as; swimming pool, gym, spa, videoke, and sports complex around 6:00am-
6:00pm ( Additional charges may apply if the guest wants to use the amenities over the said time)
e. Open space of around 1500 square feet is available at our hotel.
f. Seating capacity: 100 reception and dining seats.
g. ABC has 3 halls available for all types of events that can be tailored according to your needs.
-Sun Hall Seating capacity: up to 50 people
-Moon Hall Seating capacity: Up to 60 people
-Star Hall Seating capacity: Up to 80 people
h. Security cameras are installed in most areas and are constantly being monitored by our security staff.
i. We have qualified first aiders for any type of medical emergency.
j. Fire alarms are installed throughout the premises of the hotel.
k. Celestial Hotel offers up to 200 vehicles on-site parking facility. It is free for guests attending the event. The parking
services include On-site parking, Indoor Parking garage, Disabled parking, Free Valet Service.
II. MODE OF PAYMENT
a. A down payment of twenty (20%) percent shall be made upon reservation. The remaining balance is to be settled
days before the event.
b. Additional charges shall be paid upon acquiring the products or services.
c. Send bill arrangement is applicable to government entities upon completion of signed document, contract, and
purchase order.
d. Please make checks payable to Celestial Hotel when paying by check.
e. For payments and reservations, Celestial Hotel accepts bank-to-bank transfers.
f. We also accept all major credit cards with additional 5% surcharge will be added to your account.
g. Celestial hotel also accept payment through e-bankings such as Gcash, Pay Maya and etc.
III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. The client should pay for the guaranteed number of guests stated in the contract.
b. Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservations Office.
c. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will
be charged the total price if canceled 3 days before arrival. (Whether or not as a result of covid 19)
d. Night extensions are subject to availability.
e. No Show: Guest who does not arrive within twelve (12) hours of the check-in date and time of the Hotel will be
charged the total amount of room reservation.
f. Hotel Venues use is until 10:00pm only. Excess and beyond 10:00pm 2,000.00/hour maximum of 2hours.
g. Room services shall not be allowed.
h. Daily housekeeping will not be carried out. Room cleaning and sanitation shall be performed just as needed.
i. The Hotel Keepers Act of the Philippines is applicable.
j. THIS PROPOSAL IS VALID FOR 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH COVID 19 PANDEMIC
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM PROTOCOL AND GUIDELINES.
