    MAJOR DEFECTS TO RECTIFY

    1 Door locks and handle


    1.1 Defects in the door locks and door handle. To be started.
    1.2 Brand of the logo is not available at the door lock.

    2 Fire doors
    2.1 Corrosion is visible on mesh at glass Draft of Technical Explanatory was commented with corrections. Pending
    the original letter from first principles

    3 Suspended ceiling - T bar coating damages and wall angle coating damages are visible, Ceiling panel 11th & 12th Floors completed. Other floors are being attended and
    not in proper length, gap between panel and L angle and gap between panel and fittings are visible, T inspection carried at handing over of particular floor.
    bar joints are not neatly done.

    4 Water leakage through missing silicon in cladding panels near the windows Work will be attended soon after completeion of delaminated glasses
    replacement.
    5 Damages and fixing defects in cladding panels Noted the rectification work done and inspection was raised to Ms SEC and
    pending to attend.
    6 Brown patches visible in mirrors Ms Sanken has asked the supplier to provide a technical report and pending
    7 Corrosion visible
    7.1 Solar brackets corroded.
    7.2 Roof truss corroded,to be statrted the rectification .
    7.3 Plumbing brackets corroded,to be statrted the rectification as per the answering quarry.
    7.4 Cooling tower ,mini cooling tower equipments corroded.
    8 Emergency lamps are missed 60 no s of lamps are missed when inspection time.

    9 Exit sign boards are missed not completed yet.


    10 Replacing MCB s of electrical panel boards on processing
    11 AV room
    11.1 No cable name tag in power panel not completed yet.
    12 No cable name tag in LPG detection panels not completed yet.
    13 Water staging is observed in wash rooms yet to be started.
    14 Replacing of balnce missing parts in Cu materils in relation with Cobra valve not completed yet.

    15 Color symbals to identify the duct piping work sample approved.to be started.

    16 Missing name tags of TR1, TR2, ATS & Chiller pumps not completed yet.

    17 Repair of HPL boards in floors (bubble forming not completed yet.
