Nowadays, it is a general thinking that students are not enough prepared to
the work world. In addition, it is said that schools only teach how to
memorize things such us, history, languages and more, but the thing is
teachers are preparing pupils for the future. However, what future if is not
work?
On one hand, many students do not know how to apply a job, the way how
a curriculum must be done, what to put in it or when they should change it.
For those reasons, curriculum lessons should be taught in the schools. To
prepare the following generations to get into workplace instead of leaving
them dealing with those facts on their own.
On the other hand, the experience is crucial for a job, when students finish
university or other studies, they do not have the experience required for the
companies. That is why they do not get hired and they are not motivated to
get a job. Work placements should be put in schools to provide students the
experience that is demand today in order to be able to achieve a job.
To sum up, the link between schools and workplace would be closer if
those things were done. Students would learn more about the work world
and the companies would have a large range of people to choose. In
addition, they would be able to get the best workers for their enterprises. In
my view, the best method would be to get more experienced in work
placements because nowadays any job accepts people without experience.
