    I am the Chancellor of the Lhokseumawe State Islamic Institute stating that I know Fahmi, he is
    my student in the Department of Sharia Economic Law, Faculty of Sharia, Lhokseumawe State
    Islamic Institute, Aceh, Indonesia. He is my student and has performed very well not only in his
    academic achievements but also in his organizational activities. He is one of the best students at
    the Faculty of Sharia who is currently studying for his bachelor's degree in 2022 with a GPA of
    3.52/4 00

    During college, Fahmi was one of the academic students Activists have a high social spirit at the
    Faculty of Sharia. He won the title of Chair of the Sharia Economic Law Student Association in
    2021, the Executive Council, and also became a finalist for 2 Fiqh Law competitions at the large
    Islamic boarding school level in 2022. In addition, he is one of the students receiving a Bank
    Indonesia scholarship and an achievement scholarship from the Lhokseumawe City Government.

    I believe and believe that he has good potential as a young man who is of good quality, not only
    intelligent but also moral turnover and positive affirmations attached to him to guide him that he
    deserves to be a great and knowledgeable person in the future. As a chancellor, I want his dream
    to come true, to become an academic and activist to continue his undergraduate degree in Turkey
    because, in my opinion, he deserves it for being able to establish Islamic law in Aceh. Hence, I
    am very interested in her being one of the recipients of the Turkiye Buslari Scholarship
    postgraduate scholarship in 2023, and I am sure that she can make the best contribution to this
    program.
