I, WINSTON P.L. ESGUERRA, Filipino, of legal age, and with office address at 17 th Floor,
Robinson’s Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Ave. cor. Poveda Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. That I am the Corporate Secretary of BRISTLE RIDGE CONDOMINIUM

CORPORATION (the "Corporation”), a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue
the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at Ambuklao Road, Pacdal, Baguio
City.

2. That, based on the records in my custody, the following resolutions dated 18 January 2024
were approved by at least majority of the members of the Board of the Corporation, to wit:

“RESOLVED, That the Board of Trustees of BRISTLE RIDGE

CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION (the “Corporation”) hereby authorizes
Alvin Lagasca – Facilities Officer, Analy Del Valle – Admin Officer, Elizabeth
Mec-eng – Admin Assistant, and Novem Pearl Maidap – Admin Assistant, or
their replacement, to transact, sign, represent, execute, and deliver any and all
other pertinent documents as may be necessary for the application and renewal
of Business Permit and/or Licenses of the Corporation and all other permits of
licenses and on all other matters related thereto and to sign all pertinent
documents to implement the foregoing authority;

RESOLVED, FINALLY, that the foregoing shall remain in full force and
effect unless revoked by a written resolution duly approved by an affirmative
vote of the majority of the members of the Board of Trustees.”

3. That the foregoing resolutions have not, in any way, been amended, rescinded, or
revoked, and are in full force and effect as of date hereof.
