MODES OF REVOCATION

1. Notice of revocation- through a communication of notice of revocation before

acceptance is complete.

2. Lapse of time- proposal will come to an end if not accepted in the given time
period.

3. Non-fulfillment of condition precedent- proposal is revoked when acceptor fails

to fulfill a condition precedent to the acceptance of proposal.

7. Subsequent illegality- the offer lapses if it becomes illegal after its made and
