WHAT: PUBLIC ADVISORY New Requirements on Photo vis-a-vis Accreditation of DPWH and Contractors’/Consultants’ Materials Engineers (CCMEs) ‘SPECIFICS: v In view of the verbal instruction of Undersecretary Maximo L. Carvajal, Information Management and Technical Services, this Department, the required photo to be pasted on the Application Forms for Accreditation shall be as follows: * Two (2) pieces Passport size photo with white background. * Formal attire for CCMEs; Preferably Office Uniform for DPWH Applicants/Examinees. + No Name tag. «Strictly no selfie photo. BRS has revised all Application Forms changing the required photo from 2x2” to Passport Size Photo.
