本規例可引稱為《工廠及工業經營 ( 木工機械 ) 規例》。 These regulations may be cited as the Factories and Industrial
Undertakings (Woodworking Machinery) Regulations.

2. 適用範圍 2. Application
本規例適用於任何使用木工機器的工業經營。 These regulations shall apply to any industrial undertaking in
which any woodworking machine is used.

3. 釋義 3. Interpretation
在本規例中，除文意另有所指外 —— In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—
木工機器 (woodworking machine) 指木工用的任何圓鋸、搖擺 circular saw (圓鋸) means a circular saw working in a bench
鋸、鐘擺鋸、簡單帶鋸、刨床、打線床或鏈式製榫機； (including a rack bench) for the purpose of ripping, deep-

受僱操作木工機器的人須 —— A person employed on a woodworking machine shall—
