Padlet is a collaborative web that allows students to be a producer and also at the same time a user

and not just as an ordinary user (Sharon Tonner, 2011 in Mohammed Amin Embi, 2013). Padlet is
also an internet application that allows users to post their opinions on a general topic with electronic
sticky notes on a shared digital wall. In fact, users can also combine images, audio or video using
appropriate web address links (Sharon Tonner, 2011 in, Mohammed Amin Embi, 2013). Here I would
like to share my experience using the padlet application during the Movement Control Order to
implement my teaching together students from home.

This padlet makes my teaching easier and can also attract students' interest. I mostly use this
application when teaching Malay language subjects in the comprehension section. After teaching
and explaining the passage, I ask the students to answer the questions on the padlet in groups or
individually. I have shared the padlet screen with the students and discussed the answers.

In addition, I also use padlets for students to reflect after teaching. Students are asked to send
opinions or summaries about what they learned in the padlet application. With this, I can evaluate
the students' understanding and the quality of my teaching today. This method can also give me
ideas to plan the next day's lesson. This method can attract students' interest

Padlet is ranked 29th on the list of the most popular apps in 2019. Padlet is a
collaborative web that allows students to be both a producer and a user at the same
time, rather than just a user (Sharon Tonner, 2011 in Mohammed Amin Embi, 2013).
Padlet is another internet application that allows users to post their thoughts on a
broad topic on a shared digital wall using electronic sticky notes. In fact, users can
use appropriate web address links to combine images, audio, or video (Sharon
Tonner, 2011 in, Mohammed Amin Embi, 2013).
