Big Front Porch Productions is committed to establishing ourselves
as a household name in the Mississippi Delta and then expanding toward some of the bigger cities such as Memphis and Nashville, TN.
In order to first become a household name in the Delta, we are going
to need to expand our marketing output both online and in person in order to attract new clients and grow in popularity.
Another important component to help us reach our vision of
becoming a house hold name in Delta is by upgrading our studio equipment and keeping up with all the latest trends in the music industry. This will help us attract more quality clients. SWOT

Our marketing strategy will be focused primarily in the Delta
region and will include a heavy social media presence, business cards, poster boards, radio ads and new items added to the online store.
Our social media strategy will include creating profiles on
Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and promoting the work of our clientele and our company to our followers on a daily basis.
We will also be working closely with a local business called
Flatlanders Screenprinting INC. for the printing of business cards and other forms of merchandise like t-shirts and water bottles. EXPENSE BUDGET.
In order to grow the way we want by doing things like expanding
our advertising program and making studio/equipment upgrades, we need to evaluate the cost of that and make sure it’s in line with our spending budget.
