That the above named accused No.2 & 3 are unable

to appearing before this Hon’ble court, due to ill health

caused by fever, the above said reason is bonafide not

intentional one.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that, this

Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to exempt the non-

appearance of the above said accused person in the

above case, in the interest of justice and equity.
