7 - VERY GOOD (Thorough in knowledge of his present job, can tackle


jobs from other areas and keeps his knowledge
updated).

6 - GOOD (Good knowledge of the present job and related


departments).

5 - SATISFACTORY (Possesses sufficient knowledge and can apply it well).

0-4 - UNSATISFACTORY (Has poor knowledge, Can carry out routine jobs with
guidance.)
