AFFIDAVIT

I, GARY N. ROQUE, of legal age, Filipino citizen with office address Zone 3B, Brgy. Cawit,
Zamboanga City after having sworn to in accordance with the law hereby depose and state:

1. I am employed as the Legal Head for Zamboanga City of MEGA FISHING CORPORATION,
a corporation duly registered with the laws of the Republic of the Philippine;

2. That as such, I authorized to represent in behalf of the corporation by Corporate Secretary

Certificate to process the registration of newly acquired vessels with the MARINA;

3. That I am processing the registration papers of the vessel 116 Geumseong/116 Keum Sung;

4. That the documents submitted to MARINA were Memorandum of Agreement, Contract to Sell,
Contract Sheet, Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Fishing Vessel Survey Certificate,
however in some of these documents, the vessel names 116 Geumseong and 116 Keum Sung
were used interchangeably.

5. That both vessel names 116 Geumseong and 116 Keum Sung refers to ONE AND THE SAME
vessel.

6. That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntary to attest to the truth of the foregoing based
on my personal knowledge and authentic records and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
