What is the dynamometer:-
is a device for simultaneously measuring the torque and
rotational speed (RPM) of an engine, motor or other
rotating prime mover so that its instantaneous power
may be calculated, and usually displayed by the
dynamometer itself as kW or bhp.

Types of dynamometer:-
Prony Brake dynamometer
Rope break dynamometer

Eddy current dynamometer

Hydraulic Dynamometer
Absorption Dynamometer

Dynamometer with drill machine:-

How it works:-
The Dynamometer is put on the shaft that is driven by
the motor and the LCD get reads

Conclusion:-
A dynamometer is a device that can measure force,
power, or speed—so you can figure out how much
power you need or how much you have to hand. But
dynamometers come in all shapes and sizes.
