• Training of staff along with signing of confidentiality agreements
• Conforming to all the processes mentioned in the operations manual

with Jamboree's national marketing campaign – usage of similar
logos, banners, etc.
• Respecting the franchisor's proprietary marks
• Selecting students for the courses in consultation with the franchisor
• Seek approvals from the franchisor when applicable as per the
agreement
• Disclosures while the franchisor is auditing
• Protect and promote the goodwill of Jamboree

especially the 'Non-compete' clause

What started as a casual discussion in office between two people on one fine evening,
ended up becoming a full-fledged business opportunity. After working with Jamboree for
almost two years, we decided to take up a franchise centre. We were skeptical at first
because it was out first business venture. But all our doubts were cleared when we got an
enrollment on the opening day! Since then, it has been a smooth ride because of the

After 12 years of working in various companies, I wanted to start my own business.
