A RESOLUTION ON THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE DIFFERENT SECTORS TO ENSURE

INCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION OF STAKEHOLDERS IN THE COUNCIL

WHEREAS, pursuant to DepEd Order No.026 s.2022 (The Implementing Guidelines on the
Establishment of School Governance Council), the SGC shall function as a structure for shared
governance and a feedback mechanism at the school level;
WHEREAS, the SG shall be an avenue where the democratic process of consultation with the
school’s internal and external stakeholders shall be observed.
WHEREAS, in order to strengthen inclusive representation in the council, the SGC shall be
composed of different sectors from various backgrounds of the community.
WHEREAS, the SPTA serves as dynamic school-based association concerned with partnership and
programs for the best interest of the learners, facilitating parent-teacher partnership, participating
in discussions for learners’ welfare, and engaging in developing and implementing school programs;

WHEREAS, the MNHS Alumni Association provides a strong support in academic matters, in the
mobilization of resources and gives valuable feedbacks to the institution;
WHEREAS, the Faculty Club establishes partnership with the major sectors providing them with
support and recommendations in all programs and activities;

WHEREAS, the LGU serves as partner of the school in the delivering basic education services
particularly in providing funding support to warrant quality education;

WHEREAS, the BLGU also support the school in delivering basic education services to ensure the
development of student learning:

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government serves as an umbrella of all other organization in the
school and leads in exercising the rights, privileges, as well as the duties and responsibilities of the
students.

WHEREAS, the Child Protection Council ensures that the school adopts effective child protection
policies and procedures;

WHEREAS, the SDRRM provides the Council with updates concerning disaster preparedness and
risk mitigation for the welfare and security of the learners;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the different sectors be included as

representative of the stakeholders in the council.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT copies of this resolution be furnished to the respective offices of the
stakeholders for favorable action and copy be furnished to the office of the school head.
