A RESOLUTION ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF SGC FOR THE REGULAR

POSTING OF REPORTS IN TRANSPARENCY BOARD AND THE UTILIZATION OF
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION PLATFORM TO ASSIST SCHOOL IN
COMMUNICATING INFORMATION TO THE STAKEHOLDERS

WHEREAS, DepEd Order No.026 s.2022 provides that the SGC shall assist the school
in ensuring transparency in its operations and performance, specifically school
programs and resources management;
WHEREAS, the SGC shall ensure that information concerning school operation and
resource management be accessible to the stakeholders and the public through the
transparency board and other communication platforms;
WHEREAS, the SGC, recommended that reports and information concerning school
operation and resource management shall be posted regularly in the Transparency
board and other communication platforms;
WHEREAS, the Council shall utilize alternative platforms such as electronic
communication through its official social media accounts to disseminate information
concerning school funds, operation and performance;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT SGC-MNHS shall post validated

information through its official Facebook and Messenger accounts and send such
information to stakeholders provided that such accounts shall only be used for official
communications and transactions;

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT copies of this resolution be furnished to the

______________________ and copy be furnished to the office of the school head;
